What you're losing

A season bought one yard sign at a time.

August and September go on signs. Then the nights go on driving your own routes, putting them in medians and corner lots, hoping the right homeowner looks up on the right evening.

It works. That's the problem. It works just well enough to stay the whole plan every year, and it caps the season at however many nights you're willing to spend in the truck.

Meanwhile the homeowner who wants his whole roofline lit is on his phone in September, looking for somebody who already looks like the answer. He never drives past your corner lot.

Put your own numbers in and see what a week of missed calls is worth in November.

What changes

A season booked early. And a customer who comes back.

One system, switched on where you need it. Take one piece, take two, or take all three.

Layer 1

Traffic

More of the right roofs. The homeowners searching for an installer in September, and the ones who won't think about it until the street starts lighting up around them. It runs in the same neighborhoods you'd have driven, on the nights you're not out there, so the signs stop having to carry the whole season.

Layer 2

Automation

Don't miss a call, and barely spend a minute on one. November puts a season's worth of phone calls into a few weeks, and most of them come in while you're forty feet up with both hands busy. The AI talks to them, qualifies them, and hands you leads already primed and ready to close.

Layer 3

Revenue

Runs on a layer underneath

Which neighborhoods actually paid. Not who asked for a quote, but who signed, what they signed for, and what those homes had in common. Programs make that worth more here than almost anywhere: a good customer this year is a booked customer next year, so next season's budget goes at more of them.

Every season opens with a fuller book than the one before it.

Questions installers ask.

Nothing here says stop. The signs work, they just cap out at however many nights you can spend putting them in the ground. This runs alongside them, in the same neighborhoods, and reaches the homeowner who is searching in September and never drives past your corner lot.

Around the time you're buying signs, or earlier. Homeowners start looking in late summer, and the ones who book early book the bigger displays. Going live in August or September puts you in front of them while they're still deciding, instead of fighting everyone else for attention in November.

They get answered. A voice picks up in your voice, qualifies them, and hands them to you ready to close. November decides the whole season and it's also the month you're least able to hold a phone, which is exactly why it shouldn't depend on you holding one.

It's the reason the tracking is worth more in your trade than in most. A customer who renews is worth several seasons, not one invoice, so what an ad buys you is a program, not a job. Once the system can see who renews and what those homes had in common, next season's budget goes at more of them.

Takedown is also when next year gets sold. The system asks for the review while the season is still fresh in their mind, and brings the customer back before the next one starts, so renewals aren't something you chase in August.

A short call to learn how you price a display and what you'd rather not take on, ad spend paid straight to Meta and Google out of your own account, and work booked through the system with a price on it. That last part is what lets it tell a program worth having from a one-off.
